Indian Investor and Technologist Sriram Krishnan made headlines after tweeting that he will be helping out billionaire and the new Twitter Boss Elon Musk with setting up new operations at Twitter after the $44 billion takeover of the company.

He wrote on Twitter, “Now that the word is out: I’m helping out Elon Musk with Twitter temporarily with some other great people. I (and a16z) believe this is a hugely important company and can have great impact on the world and Elon is the person to make it happen.”

Born in Chennai, Sriram, studied Information Technology at SRM Engineering College, graduated in 2005 and later moved to the US.

There he started working with Microsoft in 2007 as a program manager. Later Moved to Facebook and joined Facebook Audience Network. He Worked with Snapchat’s ad tech platform.

Krishnan Joined Twitter as senior director of product. He helped developing core user experience and redesigned home page and events experience.
